revolution status...

I caved yesterday. I did not earn my sticker, and i was and am actually really sad about it. A friend at work brought in ginger snaps and begged me to try one so i did. And they were SOOOOO GOOD!

Happy 2015

New year new me. Just kidding. I dont do that bull shit. I've never made a resolution before, but i did this year! I know lots of people make the resolution to lose weight or to get in shape, and that usually last a grand total of 2 weeks before they give up. Thats not my idea at all. I have made the resolution to get healthy and feel healthy. I will be the first person to admit my two biggest faults:
 1) i have commitment issues. I have never finished anything. Aside from a good turkey sandwich, and all 15 seasons of ER

2) Im lazy. I hate running, and jogging and walking. I can not dance so Zumba is out, and certainly not yoga as I'm not a god damn pretzel, im a person.

I am going to accomplish my resolution with the number 3.

 1) i will commit to doing some form of Cardio exercise 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. I will do this by using the Grey's Anatomy series on Netflix as distraction.

 2) I will follow a different "30 day challenge" every month that includes 3 exercises per day. I have bought a weekly planner from the Dollar store, and have written what needs to be done each day.

 3) Each month i will cut out one bad thing from my diet. Starting this month with sweets (this includes any baked goods, candy, ice-cream and any other generally sweet things that are terrible to eat). If i accomplish both my exercises and not eating said cut out product, i will earn a sticker on my calendar. (i chose stickers because they're fun, and i need some sort of incentive! <---- Also they seem to be working already!)

I will document as much as i can, when i can! That is all.

Have a very Happy New Year

Dont forget to stick to your reVOLutions this year!
